Legal
Documents
This section of the ACCESS website makes school funding litigation
documents available By Case
Within State and will make them available By Case Within
Type of Document, such as complaints and petitions, briefs
on motions to dismiss, appellate briefs, amicus curiae briefs,
et cetera.
Summaries of education finance litigations and related issues
in each state are available by going to the State-By-State
page.
Attorneys beginning the process of considering or building
a school funding case may find that the Findings Of Fact And
Conclusions Of Law from lower court decisions provide templates
of the issues and indicate the types of proofs one needs to
prepare for trial in a school funding case.
