Policy Studies Laboratory describes itself as an academic, research organization
which studies the formulation, implementation, and effects of policy at all levels
of the education system in Arizona as well as nationally and globally. The EPSL
consists of five subgroups; the Commercialism in Education Research Unit, the
Education Policy Analysis Archives, the Education Policy Reports Project, the
Education Policy Research Unit and the Language Policy Research Unit. Education
