The Bell Policy Center

The Bell Policy Center describes itself as a non-profit, non-partisan research and policy organization whose mission is to make Colorado a land of opportunity for all, regardless of race or economic background. In order to accomplish this goal, the center focuses on issues affecting education and economic opportunity, health status and citizenship. Three major areas of focus are: the state of opportunity, TABOR (Colorado’s Taxpayers Bill of Rights), and access to higher education.

Education and the Public Interest Center- University of Colorado at Boulder

The Education and Public Interest Center at the University of Colorado at Boulder describes itself as a research and policy center geared to conducting research on education policy issues of local, state, and national significance. A primary goal of the Center is to provide educators, educational institutions, government representatives, and the general public with timely access to current education policy research and analysis. EPIC conducts research on topics such as social context of schooling, economics of education, school reform, and standards-based reform.
