Consortium for Adequate School Funding in Georgia

The Consortium for Adequate School Funding in Georgia, established in 2001, describes itself as a non-profit, non-partisan corporation seeking to improve the financing of K-12 education. They believe that the quality of education in Georgia is crucial to the well-being of every community and the economic prosperity of the state. The Consortium strives towards this goal by preparing research on education finance in Georgia, providing policymakers and the general public with information about the severity of the financial crisis affecting Georgia’s schools, and pursuing remedies through litigation.
