Montana Quality Education
Coalition
The Montana Quality Education Coalition, whose membership includes both school
districts and educational advocates, aims to “secure and maintain adequate
school funding necessary to provide quality education for all Montana children
as guaranteed by Article X of the Constitution of the State of Montana.” It
states that it seeks to accomplish this goal through working with the executive
and legislative branches of Montana to enact reform of the school funding system
and supporting the Columbia Falls v. State constitutional challenge
in the courts.
