The Association for Children of New Jersey, established
in 1978, describes itself as a non-partisan statewide
child advocacy organization that works to improve the
lives and living conditions of New Jersey's children
through a number of initiatives, including research
on education and the monitoring of state and federal
legislation in that area. ACNJ's website, entitled,
"A Voice for New Jersey's Children," provides
a resource
center containing articles and studies about "early
child care and education," including information
about the implementation of Abbot
v. Burke.

Jersey Policy Perspective
The New Jersey Policy Perspective, established in 1997,
describes itself as a nonprofit, nonpartisan research
and public policy organization that aims to help develop
sound, progressive policies that provide New Jersey
with a strong fiscal foundation and to provide the public
with information that will help make the debate on major
issues in New Jersey balanced. Through its publications,
conferences, and outreach activities, NJPP seeks to
engage the public on various issues including state
budgets and property taxes in order to develop equitable
policy alternatives.
